Currently, MP&B is able to host small in-person workshops at either Eileen's home studio or your home/ function room (travel fee applies). The emphasis of each class is to explore the amazing qualities of Italian crepe paper, to uncover the underrated joy of crafting with our hands, and to bring home a completed creation that's handmade by you!

Crepe Paper Geraniums Workshop

Available for private workshop bookings.

Difficulty level : 2.5 out of 5, beginners are welcome!
Duration : Approx 2.5 hours

MP&B debuts a brand new bloom that is attractive and easy to make! We'll be doing some basic watercolour painting and laminating for the geranium leaves, as well as some cutting and curling to create a beautiful dome of petals. Pre-made components will be made for you as well (to use in your plant or to bring home as samples!)
​
The potential difficulty of this plant lies in the overall handling the small petals, plus cutting out the slightly complicated leaf patterns. Other than these 2 points, the entire process is rather straightforward and Eileen will be there to assist you every step of the way!

A terracotta pot will be provided for you to display your handmade geranium plant in. Templates, material list, and a class summary are also included so that you're able to continue crafting at home. All materials can be purchased at Art Friend (although some of the crepe paper colours offered by MP&B may not be available locally).

Crepe Paper Simple Peony OR Simple Rose Workshop

A revamped classic, this class is a great introduction to the world of crepe paper flowers. You'll learn the most crucial flower-making techniques including cupping, curling, fringing (for peony), making leaves, and using a hot glue gun.
