Orchid Kokedama Course and Kit

I'm so excited to launch my first advanced online course on 30th June 2025! In this series of videos I'll share all my secrets to making a beautiful magenta orchid kokedama. All videos will be hosted on Youtube so you can watch it from the comfort of your home and work at it at your own pace. It is not the easiest project, but it's a satisfying challenge for anyone looking to take their crepe paper flowers to the next level. I'm going to go deeper into the KIT in this post! I do understand that sometimes we just want everything packed in a kit ready to go and that's why I'm offering a BASIC KIT plus an additional shopping service for ADD-ON items, which means I'll do the shopping for you and get your materials and tools mailed to you. Let's break it down:

Please note: Items in photo are mine are used and just for show! The items in the kit will be NEW and in bigger/ smaller sizes, packed just for you. Measurements detailed below.

BASIC KIT:

1) Crepe Paper Rolls in Magenta, Moss Green, Dark Green, Light Brown and White. All rolls will measure 25cm x 125cm (which is 1/4 of an original roll), except for White which will be a smaller roll of 25cm x 30cm (which is 1/16 of an original roll).

2) Wires: 5 x #18, 10 x #26, 20 x #24

3) Ready-made air dry clay anchor

Basic kits can be packed quickly and mailed out within 1 week.

*Speedpost delivery to Singapore addresses will be included in the fee for the basic kit. If you're an international student, do drop me a message and I'll see what I can do about shipping!

ADD-ONs:

All add-ons will require 1-2 weeks for the additional shopping service. If an item is no available, I will refund you the amount or find a close alternative. Please see photos below of items from the Art Friend store in Clementi.

Add-on options include:

• Elmer's White Glue (36.9ml, mini size)

• Modpodge, Matte (59ml, mini size)

• Watercolour Palette by Herlitz (12 colours)

• Zig Markers in Yellow and Maroon

• White Acrylic Paint (packed by Eileen in a small tube)

SPECIAL REQUESTS

In terms of quantity, these items chosen should be sufficient to complete ONE Orchid Kokedama, with some crepe paper leftover that you may use for other projects. If you wish to purchase a bigger quantity of something, e.g. the white glue in a bigger bottle, just let me know and I'll purchase it for you! Also, if you would like to try making the air dry clay anchor yourself, I can swap out the readymade one for a new air dry clay packet and quote you a different price.
